Reflectors, Flow Tubes, Flow Plates, and Filters for Laser Cavity

We offer standard and custom laser flow tubes used in flashlamp-pumped, liquid-cooled lasers. Flow tubes protect laser elements from undesired UV radiation and side radiation from the rod by absorbing it, improving the overall efficiency of the laser.

ARD Optics offers a wide range of flow plates, customized to the customer's requirements.

We offer custom-made silver-coated and diffuse reflector pump cavities, combining a close-coupled intracavity filter with a high-density BaSO₄ (barium sulfate) reflector for enhanced thermal management and optimized spectral performance. Silver-coated reflectors provide high reflectance across the visible NIR spectral range and can be customized to the customer's design; designs with silver-free barrel windows are available for diode pumping.

ARD Optics offers side-pumping laser flow tubes processed from crystalline quartz and sapphire.

Overall dimensions, hole diameter, and surface quality are all customizable.

Flow tubes are available in round, square, elliptical, pentagonal, hexagonal, octagonal, cylindrical, and half-cylindrical forms — all fully customizable.

Our specialists carry out all stages of processing — cutting, drilling, grinding, and polishing — while maintaining precise hole parallelism and other tolerances.
