Flat, spherical and cylindrical sapphire windows for mobile phones

Thanks to its strength properties sapphire is often used in those products where strong mechanical effect is present, such as dust particle scratching. It may seem strange at first sight, but glasses of common mobile phones undergo that kind of effects. That’s why in certain models mobile phone producers use sapphire as a material for these glasses. Generally such glasses have flat surface and right-angled shape. But in some cases the phone design presupposes the use of spherical and cylindrical surfaces, the production of which is carried out in absolutely different technology and is not used in mass production.
In addition to that the irregular shape of the very glass with polished decorative faces is often required. We want to offer our consumers precisely these kinds of products.
